OFX Payments Australia Limited [Company No. 642716] (trading as OFX) (OFX) is a wholly owned subsidiary of OzForex Limited (ABN 65 092 375 703). OzForex Limited is subjected to risk and compliance audits on an annual basis.

MS Communications & Mobile Marketing
How We Use the Information We Gather via Mobile
The personal information we collect may be used in one or more of the following ways regarding mobile communications:
- To process and deliver products you purchase from Ausura.
- To update you on delivery status or claim progress.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To send marketing communications (only where you have provided consent).
When you register on our website or make a purchase, we may send you promotional materials via email or SMS, only if you have opted in to receive such communications.
SMS Opt-Out and Compliance
Ausura Insurance may send transactional and promotional SMS messages. SMS messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in via website forms, checkout pages, or subscription forms.
We may use trusted third-party communication providers (such as ClickSend) to deliver SMS messages on our behalf. These providers process data strictly in accordance with data protection regulations.
OFX EU Business Platform
The following agreements apply to EU OFX business Clients who access services on our upgraded OFX Business platform on or after 24 June 2025 and those existing business Clients who have been upgraded to this OFX Business platform from the date of our email notice.

- For those Clients who registered between 24 June 2025 and 31 March 2026
Fee Schedule – on or after 1 April 2026
- For those Clients who registered on or after 1 April 2026; or
- For those Clients who were notified of an upgrade from the OFX Subscription Agreement (Basic) to the OFX Subscription Agreement (Business) on or after 1 April 2026
OFX Advisors
The Advisor Terms and Conditions applies to those Advisors who have been added to act on behalf of a Client’s OFX Business Account.

The Recipient Terms and Conditions apply to our Customers who use our Recipient Account Services to receive payments from an OFX Authorised Partner.
Recipient Terms and ConditionsOFX FX Platform
The Terms and Conditions Master Agreement apply to our existing business Customers who:
- have been referred to OFX through a referral or enterprise partner before June 24, 2025;
- use a Forward Contract; or
- are an online merchant or business accessing our Global Currency Account (GCA).
In addition to the Terms and Conditions Master Agreement, the following agreements apply to:
Referral Partner
The Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions apply to those OFX Affiliates who refer Clients to OFX on or after June 24, 2025.

Personal
These terms and conditions apply to personal, consumer Customers.
